The WSC are looking to capitalise on the growth and spread of the women’s game to regionalise and develop pathways for the advancement of the game.

AIMS OF THE RESTRUCTURE

Allow and encourage clubs who have outgrown their current premises to relocate, merge and amalgamate resources to form a more streamlined, stronger and stable competition. This will encourage a deep pool of quality resources of players and facilities at the top end of our sport that will filter through to retention and recruitement. We can then showcase our best qualities in a better organised and attractive way.

And in the larger participation base to allow growth of new clubs in specific areas so that we do not over utilise existing communities and resources and can regionalise divisions to attract and retain local players and juniors within those clubs.
