New teams Wanneroo and Bassendean enter the Womens State League Division One whilst Fremantle United and East Fremantle have invested in a new joint venture to become Fremantle City.

Fremantle City FC has taken over the position in Division 1 where East Fremantle were in accordance with the joint venture between East Fremantle and Fremantle United.
