Good luck players and coaches for the Futsal Championships in Sydney, January 4-8. It’s great to see long time Leeming player, Jess Sardi stepping into the coaching arena alongside mentors Sean D’Arcy, Salv Todaro and Garry Church. Jess played in the same Championships when she was developing her own Futsal skills. Well done and good luck everyone!
State Futsal teams ready for Championships
Football West News
Four State Junior Futsal teams will represent WA at the National Futsal Championships in Sydney from January 4 to 8.
Squads were selected after a five-week trial process and have been training for the past ten weeks.
WA State Team coaches
WA performed admirably last year with the U13 team reaching the quarter-finals, while the U12 side fell short in the group stages against strong opposition.
Squads were presented with their playing shirts at a presentation held at The Rise in Maylands before Christmas.
