Nominations are being sought for interested parties to join the Football West Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Football West Constitution, a maximum of four (4) Directors positions may be filled via election at the 2014 Football West Annual General Meeting.
The AGM has been scheduled for Wednesday 17 December 2014.
In order to be considered as a candidate for election:
a) An interested person must be nominated by a Member or Director;
b) The nomination must be seconded by another Member or Director; and
c) An applicant must complete an Application Form, a Statutory Declaration and a Candidate Outline, all of which are contained within the Candidate Information Pack that can be downloaded by clicking on this link, and also attach a Resume.
The completed documents must be forwarded to Football West CEO Peter Hugg at firstname.lastname@example.org, or delivered to Unit 94, 262 Lord Street, Perth by 9:00am on Monday 1 December 2014.
d) The applicant should be able to demonstrate that he or she will add to the diversity of skills of the Board members.
e) Documents may also be lodged in person by the above-mentioned time at the Football West office during business hours which are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Nominations are also being called for Life Members.
Applicants for Life Membership must be nominated by somebody other than the applicant.
Nominations must be submitted via the Life Member Nomination Form that can be downloaded by clicking on this link.
