Football West clubs and WA schools can apply for a year-long licence to run AIA Vitality MiniRoos Kick-Off programs.

Clubs receive an equipment pack for each Kick-Off program including goals, bibs, cones and session plan. Participants receive a rucksack, water bottle and other items.

The application process is open year round with programs run at three periods each year.

Introductory program

Short, game-based sessions

Who is it for?

Boys and girls aged 4-9

Beginning and developing participants

When is it played?

Pre-season – January to March – 6 session program

Winter season – April to August – 6 to 12 session program

Post-season – October to December – 6 session program

What does it look like?

45 minute sessions

One coach per 10 participants

Modified games and activities to introduce participants to football
