Perth Hills United – 15s Girls Team

Perth Hills United, based at the Harry Riseborough Oval in Mundaring, is seeking a female senior coach and a female development coach for 2010 for its D2-winning 15s Girls team.
This will be the third year of girls’ soccer at the club, with hopes to expand its current two girls’ teams to three in the coming season.  Four Perth Hills United girl players are currently training with State development squads.
The basic philosophy behind the Perth Hills girls’ soccer program is that soccer is waay too much fun to be left to boys, kicking a ball hard is good for driving the teenage blues away  – and is pretty good at giving physical and personal confidence too.
The senior coach position would suit a retired woman player who is enthusiastic, a good communicator and would like to continue to be involved with the game they love.
The development coaching role would suit a young woman player who is serious about soccer but perhaps doesn’t currently have the time/money to play for a team and would like to give coaching a try.
Team training will take place one night a week, for approximately one and a half hours.
