To be in the running for one of the latest Apple devices, players must download the Smarter Than Smoking Player of the Month 
competition entry form and provide three correct answers.
Each question, and the corresponding answer, can be found on the Football 360 online TV show, which is available on www.footballwest.tv.
Winners will be announced on the final Football 360 webisode of each month, starting in May.
