Football Scholarships 2017

Scholarships are available for those entering Year 3-12 in 2017. Successful applicants will benefit from either a partial or full College tuition fee scholarship.

The South Coast Baptist College Football Academy recognises that a being an outstanding player and an outstanding person go hand in hand. We are passionate about providing an environment, which allows both the person and the player to excel in everything they do.

In order to achieve our main aims, the college enlists the services of Football Director, Stephen Posthuma and high performance coaches, Matthew Brooks and Chris Thackray. Engaging the services of these football specialists allows their experiences, knowledge and qualifications to develop the student-athlete scholarship holders to assist them to their reaching their maximum potential.

The SCBC Football Academy encourages all players to participate in their local clubs while being supported by the quality in-school Academy coaching. The College curriculum, facilities, and Christian values all help to encourage the students to achieve their best – academically, spiritually, socially and physically.

Applications close at 4pm on Tuesday 7th June, 2016.

FOOTBALL SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION PROCESS

Scholarship application forms are to be completed and the $50 registration fee to be paid by the due date.
If short listed, the applicant will be notified to take part in the first football trial to be held 14th June.
Successful applicants will be invited for an enrolment interview with the Secondary Principal and associated personnel.
