State schoolgirls trials for 19s

School Sport WA is calling upon girls to trial for the State Schoolgirls Football squad which will be heading to the National Schools Championships held in Townsville in August.

Wk 1 Players South of the River only need attend:

Wk2 Players North of the River only need to attend

Weds 21st March 2012
Woodvale SHS Oval, Woodvale 4.30pm

An electronic nomination process is available at and players should look to complete the details on this form and bring it with them on the first trial date that is relevant to them. Players selected represent WA and have the chance to represent the Australian Schoolgirls side as did Thia Eastman and Kim McCartney were able to do just recently, returning from a highly successful international tour to England, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland.

All players must be between 13 -19ys old but MUST be at any school (state or private) or at TAFE. Younger players must be aware that to make the final squad is difficult. Please bring your training equipment (including boots and shin pads) as well as 2 bottles of water.
